Fireworks Booth Volunteer Registration

Thank you for being willing to serve at our Fireworks Booth Fundraiser in support of our NextGen Ministries! Proceeds from this fundraiser help support students attending Summer Camp and Winter Camp.

The fireworks booth will operate from Tuesday, June 30 – Sunday, July 5, and we need volunteers to help cover a variety of roles and shifts throughout the week.

Please register for the time slots where you are available to serve.

Funds raised for camps will be distributed based on overall profits and hours served by students and parents/families.

We are looking for volunteers in the following areas:

• Security & Surveillance
• Fireworks Sales
• Advertising Firework Booth
• Block Party Support 
  • A Community Block Party will be thrown on Friday, July 3 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM.
  • We will be serving hotdogs and light refreshments, and monitor bounce houses for our local community to enjoy.

Please carefully read the descriptions for each area before selecting your shifts.

Security / Surveillance (18+)
The fireworks booth requires 24-hour surveillance throughout the duration of the fundraiser. These shifts are focused on monitoring the booth overnight and helping ensure the safety and security of the inventory and property.

Important Notes:

• Volunteers must remain awake, alert, and present at the booth for the entirety of their shift.
• These are not sales shifts.
• The booth will only be open for sales from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM on July 1–4, but overnight surveillance is still required.
• We need at least 3 adults (18+) per surveillance shift.
• If you are willing to serve an all-night shift, please select all applicable time slots.

Firework Sales (16+)
Please select the day shifts where you are available to assist customers in fireworks sales.

Volunteer Guidelines:

• You must be 16 or older to sell fireworks.
• Volunteers may help greet customers, restock product, assist customers, promote specials, and support sales operations throughout the day.

Advertise Firework Booth
These volunteers not only make the community aware of the Fireworks Booth, but also direct them to where they need to go by pointing them in the right direction, representing New Life and the Firework booth well.

Volunteer Guidelines:

• You will be placed in a group of at least 3 people.
• Given a place to advertise in Monroe.
• You are to promote the firework booth.

Block Party

From 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Friday, July 3, we will be hosting a community Block Party at the fireworks booth location to help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families and customers.

Guests who purchase $500 or more in fireworks will receive free hot dogs, and we will also have a bounce house available for the community to enjoy.

Our hope is that this event not only boosts booth sales, but also helps us connect with and serve our community while bringing visibility to our church and NextGen ministries.

Block Party volunteers may help with:

• Grilling and serving food
• Welcoming and interacting with guests
• Managing supplies and setup
• Monitoring the bounce house area
• Helping create a fun, safe, and inviting environment
